This conference is made possible through close collaboration between the Quantum Computing Society of the Philippines (QCSP), the Department of Science and Technology—Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD), the Open Quantum Institute (OQI), the Geneva Science and Diplomacy Anticipator (GESDA) Foundation, and the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology (IYQ2025).
